Recommendation of candidates for appointment to Information Regulator

For your information the Portfolio Committee of Justice and Correctional Services has had referred to it the process of recommendations of candidates for appointment as members of the Information Regulator. See extract from Announcements, Tabling and Committees Report No 70-15 below, received from the Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development.
I will monitor this process and keep you advised of progress as it may warrant.
